While working on the set of Tomb Raider she made sure that her body looks well toned, fit, and sexy.

Angelina achieved this by sticking to a rigid diet and exercising.

The part of Lara Croft required a well toned almost perfect feminine body – Angeline certainly delivered.

For this she had to go through rigorous training. This not only helped her to shed extra body weight but also helped her to put on a few pounds in the right places.

Kick boxing helped Angelina toughen up and was the perfect exercise as not does it burn calories but also helps to acquire lean muscle.

Kick boxing is perfect to aid breathing control and shaping and toning of thighs, calves, and hips. This action does not only lead to weight loss but also tones up the muscles.

Her exercise routine helped her shed a daily 600 to 800 calories. Regular yoga also helped her in building a healthy body and mind. She also had to learn canoeing and street fighting.

Even after the birth of her twin babies Angelina was keen to come back to her pre-pregnancy shape. She again got on to a special diet of fresh vegetables and fish.

Her breakfast consists of brown bread, herbs, tomatoes, and organic salmon. As for dinner and lunch she has tomatoes, spinach, watercress, and grilled fresh tuna or mackerel.
