Dramatic Weight Gain by Jessica Simpson
Just because you’re a celebrity, doesn’t mean it’s any easier to stay slim. And Jessica Simpson proves this by showing off her fuller, curvier figure as she performed at a concert in Florida over the weekend. (see pic)
In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Jessica admitted that she is an emotional eater, “I’m a nervous eater and this tour has made me a nervous wreck,” she said while explaining her weight gain over the past few weeks.
“Curves are better,” Simpson added later, “I don’t get the whole rail thing. It’s not good for your heart, it’s not good for your mind; it’s emotionally destructive, it really is.”
Although we review weight-loss products on this site, we do not condone the ‘Size 0′ mentality that some people seem to have. We agree that a sensible healthy diet, combined with the right dietary products and regular exercise can help people achieve a look and a body that’s comfortable for them.
So just because Jessica Simpson or Oprah have gained weight recently, does not mean it’s bad in any way. People have to be comfortable with their bodies. And if anything, it goes to prove how difficult it can be to maintain an ideal weight – particularly when you’re in the spotlight all the time.
We all lose and gain weight throughout the year, and some of us struggle more than others to keep the weight off or achieve our ideal figures.
Luckily though, there are some products that can help. From natural products like Hoodia, which help curb your appetite, to fat-absorbing products like Proactol which can prevent some of the fat you eat from turning into pounds on your body. It’s just a question of finding the product that works for you – and sticking to it for long enough so that it has a chance to work for you.
And although it’s interesting to read about the latest celebrity diet, and to see how much weight they’ve lost with a certain product; you have to remember that it isn’t necessarily going to work for you in exactly the same way. Particularly if they don’t tell you about the personal trainer who puts them through hell every day for 6 weeks so they can tell you about their latest miracle weight loss product!
So try a product that has got great reviews, positive press and has been working for people regularly for a year or two; then try it for yourself. Combine it with some moderate exercise and a healthy diet; then you can be the next celebrity weight loss story. Maybe you won’t make the cover of Vogue, but you’ll probably feel happier, healthier and fitter than you have for a long time.
