Hoodia Bites Review

Chewable Hoodia Bites

There are Hoodia supplements, Hoodia patches, Hoodia drinks and now Hoodia Bites. In an attempt to further increase awareness and profit from the Hoodia name manufacturers have taken to adding latitude to the concept.

Hoodia Bites are small bite sized pieces of candy with supposedly the active ingredient p57 included.

Very much targeted toward a US dieter, the official website claims it uses the Most Fast Acting Form Of Hoodia Available. The marketing also states Clinically Proven Chewable Hoodia - and Kill Your Appetite in 5 Minutes, Guaranteed.

This is typical example of an over hyped product that nowadays, is very much part of not only the Hoodia industry but the whole of the diet and weight loss industry.

The fastest acting Hoodia curently available is also the slowest - there is only one. Hoodia is Hoodia, the p57 ingredient is not and should not be altered in any way.

The makers of Hoodia Bites offer the usual references to the BBC and Oprah Winfrey and supposed proof of authenticity by way of certification. But where is the certification? It is claimed very loudly on the official Hoodia Bites websites that the Hoodia used is genuine and certified, but absolutely no trace of the certificate can be found…

Ingredients Of Hoodia Bites

  • Soy

  • Isolate

  • Citric Acid

  • Natural And Artificial Flavouring

  • Soya Lecithin

  • Salt

  • Sucralose

Plus of course Hoodia Gordonii - 250mg.

Each bite or chew is stated to contain 10 calories.

Do Hoodia Bites Help With Weight Loss

The obvious question to ask is - why add an extra 10 calories and filler ingredients to a product that is highly effective in its raw state. The Hoodia used in this product also comes into question.

The People from Hoodia Bites do offer us the results of a clinical study - but this seems highly suspect as the trials appear to be undertaken in house - not a great basis for impartiality.

Should I Buy Hoodia Bites

If the intention is to lose weight - buying Hoodia Bites is not the best solution. Lack of convincing clinical data, filler ingredients and no actual CITES certificate on display does make it difficult to recommend.
