Hoodia Gordonii Plus has been on sale for more than a few years now and has remained relatively unchanged both in product and in packaging.
This is generally a good sign. If a product sells well and has consumer confidence there is no need to change for changes sake. If, on the other hand a product is seen to be ever evolving in its branding there is usually a good reason for it - a change of image is usually necessary to shake off a dip in reputation shall we say.
A largely USA focused Hoodia supplier - the official website does state though that the Hoodia product is shipped to not only America but the UK, Germany, Italy, Holland and Spain.

The CITES certificate is on display but marked as confidential in addressee field and so it is impossible to state with any great confidence if the Hoodia powder is fake or genuine. Not that we are suggesting for one moment that Hoodia Gordonii Plus is Fake or produced from fake Hoodia - but by simply including transparency for all to see would remove doubt.
