The whole ethos behind Hoodia is that it is an undiluted appetite suppressant without additives and filler ingredients. Hoodia is a strong enough substance without the need for anything else.
Hoodia H57 contains green tea leaf extract and cinnamon bark extract. The inclusion of these two ingredients is rather disappointing.

Hoodia H57 should not cause side effects provided the Hoodia used is authentic and not a synthetic replica. The inclusion of green tea extract does rather make Hoodia H57 an appetite suppressant / fat burner combination diet pill. Green tea is a stimulant and so may cause restlessness and anxiety.
