Hoodia Pregnancy And Breastfeeding

Hoodia and pregnancy

Hoodi Gordonii is completely natural and safe, organic substance that has milleniums of proof of success. It is free from side effects and will not alter our constitution.

All weight loss supplements and medicines can cause reaction to certain individuals – there is no one size fits all.

However, in respect of ultimate safety there are one group of people that should be aware of the possible implications of taking Hoodia – no mater how natural a substance.

Taking Hoodia When Pregnant

There are different schools of thought concerning the safety of an unborn child and the possible effect Hoodia could have if the unborn child’s mother was using Hoodia to control her appetite.

Hoodia does not do anything unnatural – it just inhibits the appetite. There is no chemical process or stripping out of vital nutrients, minerals and vitamins that are essential in the early stages of an unborn babies life.

Other diet pills are warned against (when pregnant) but Hoodia seems to sit in a grey area. For absolute certainty we would warn against – although it is personal choice, a GP or doctor visit should be sought.

Taking Hoodia While BreastFeeding

Again, another unanswerable question. A mothers milk will be passed to child – but the effect Hoodia will have on the mothers milk is negligible. The milk will remain unaltered and nothing removed nutrition wise.

It is dissapointng  that this cannot be further clarifed.

Of all the weight control supplement and medications available – Appetite suppressant are the safest to use with no lonf term ramifications.

In summary, if you are concerned that may Hoodia or any other diet pill may effect the safety and health of your unborn child or infant – visit your GP or doctor.
